These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you") and SEO Voyager ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. The Service

SEO Voyager provides automated generation of SEO-oriented blog content and delivery of that content to websites you connect via a webhook. You configure one or more sites (depending on your plan) with a base URL, a webhook endpoint (e.g. https://your-site.com/blog-webhook), and settings such as optimization type and keywords. Our system then generates blog posts on a schedule and sends them to your webhook as JSON for you to publish on your own site.

Access to blog generation and multi-site features depends on your subscription plan. We may change plan features, pricing, or limits from time to time; we will use reasonable means to notify you of material changes.

2. Account and Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You may sign up with email and password or via Google OAuth where offered. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Service is not intended for users under 13. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. Subscription and Payment

Paid features require an active subscription. We use Stripe to process payments. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and to pay the fees for your chosen plan (e.g. Starter, Professional) on the billing cycle you select. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may change on renewal with notice where required by law.

You may cancel or change your subscription through your account settings or Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation will stop future charges; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods or unused blog slots, except where required by law.

4. Your Sites and Webhook

You are responsible for the websites you connect and the webhook endpoints you provide. You must ensure that your endpoint accepts our POST requests, returns a successful response when appropriate, and is used in compliance with applicable law. We are not responsible for failures or errors on your server, network, or CMS. Delivery attempts may be retried; if delivery fails after our retry policy, we may mark the item as failed and you can see that in the dashboard (e.g. the "Failure window").

You may not use the Service to send content to sites you do not own or have permission to update, or to violate any third party’s rights or any law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or abused the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

We own the SEO Voyager platform, its design, code, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own use in accordance with these Terms.

Generated blogs: Once we deliver a blog post to your webhook, you may use it on the site you configured for that delivery. We do not claim ownership of the generated content after delivery; you are responsible for how you publish and use it and for ensuring it does not infringe others’ rights.

Your content: You retain ownership of the information you provide (e.g. site URLs, keywords, descriptions). By submitting feedback or other content through the Service, you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that processing.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific SEO results, or that generated content will be free of errors or suitable for your purposes. We are not liable for how you use the delivered content on your site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or retain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and law.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice (e.g. by email or in-app message).

12. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of our business. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (and the State of Indiana to the extent applicable), without regard to conflict of laws principles.
